A room for business owners only. It does make a difference.
Eleven times a year, you work through your hardest decisions with owners carrying the same weight, and build a business worth owning.
The difference is what you bring to the room as an owner.
You signed the personal guarantee. Most of your net worth sits inside the business. Your family’s future rides on it. When the hard call comes, there’s no board to hand it to.
A hired CEO can be excellent and still not carry that weight. The best ones know this. Many of them belong in the Value Leaders Group.
This group fits owners of $5 million to $100 million companies who know the business still runs through them and are ready to change that.
A full day in the room, every month. One-to-one coaching in between.
Eleven times a year, the group meets for a full day. Members bring their hardest decisions, and the room works through them together: what’s really going on, what’s been tried, and what to do next. What’s said in the room stays in the room.
Between meetings, you meet one-to-one with your coach, usually at your business, for up to two hours. That’s where the plan gets personal, and where the hard calls get sharper before you bring them back to the group.
Throughout the year, nationally recognized expert speakers join the group on the topics owners face most.
You don't run this alone.
Accountability from owners.
A room of owners holds you to your commitments and calls out your blind spots. They have no stake in your business except wanting you to win.
Coaching from someone who's been there.
Your coach has sat on every side of the table: owner, operator, buyer, and seller. Between meetings, you move the plan forward, bring your team along, and sharpen the questions worth taking back to the group.
Experience that compounds.
Every member’s hard decision becomes a lesson for the whole room. Add the coaching and the speakers, and what you know stacks up fast.
"Owners in this room work through so many hard decisions together that one year here is worth ten on your own."
Rick Morgenweck
Start with an honest read.
Membership includes the RockStack Assessment, a $2,500 value, free of charge. It’s an honest read on your personal readiness and the four intangible capitals that determine value: your people, your customers, your systems, and your reputation. Once a year, the Assessment is re-run, so you see the value move.
A room for your right hand leader.
The Value Leaders Group is for the one executive you’re counting on most: a C-suite leader, a president, or the leader you want carrying more. One leader per company, so every seat brings a different view.
Eleven times a year, they spend a full day with senior leaders from other companies and nationally recognized expert speakers. They learn to make the calls you would make, and to lead without waiting on you. One-to-one coaching is available as an option.
The group is also open to senior executives whose owner isn’t a member.
No surprises.
Membership carries monthly dues. We walk through the full cost before you commit to anything.
If you prefer focused advisory outside of the group setting, let’s have a conversation.
Questions about the group
Can I join a Value Builder Group without doing the RockStack work?
Absolutely. The group stands on its own: owners working through their hardest decisions together every month, with one-to-one coaching between meetings. RockStack is a set of tools available to members who want them. Use as much or as little as fits your business.
How much time does it take?
Eleven full-day meetings a year, plus a one-to-one session of up to two hours each month, usually at your business.
Who else is in the room?
Owners of $5 million to $100 million companies, and only owners. No hired CEOs, and no advisors or vendors pitching their services.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What’s said in the room stays in the room. Every member signs a confidentiality agreement.
