Educational content, not professional advice
Everything on the Site, including articles, guides, case studies, and the RockStack Readiness Check, is provided for general educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or valuation advice, and it is not a recommendation to take any particular action. Decisions about your business, your finances, or a transaction should be made with qualified professionals who know your situation.
No advisory relationship
Using the Site, taking the Readiness Check, or contacting us does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship. Any engagement with RockStack is governed by a separate written agreement.
What RockStack is not
RockStack is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, business broker, law firm, or accounting firm. We do not buy or sell securities, arrange transactions, or provide investment advice. Where those services are needed, owners work with licensed professionals.
The Readiness Check
The Readiness Check is an educational self-assessment. Your results depend entirely on your own answers and are not a valuation, an appraisal, or a prediction of what any buyer, lender, or investor would conclude about your business.
Stories and results
Examples, case studies, and member stories on the Site describe individual experiences. They are not typical, and they are not a promise of similar results. Every business is different.
Intellectual property
The content on the Site, including text, graphics, the RockStack name and marks, the Readiness Check, and related materials, is owned by RockStack or used with permission. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not copy, modify, sell, or republish it without our written permission.
Third-party links and tools
The Site links to and uses third-party services, such as our scheduling tool. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
